Blair Buswell says that he saw a picture of a woman in a field that
gave him the idea for the lifesize "Breeze" sculpture. "I
didn't try to copy it," he states, "but I went after that
feeling. I like being able to capture mood and gestures, her expression,
and go beyond just putting the ears and nose and eyes in the right
place. I like to try to make them come to life." |
